Celebrated Palestinian cellist Naseem Alatrash will make his Irish debut in St Augustine’s Church on Drogheda’s Shop Street in the heart of the old medieval town. With its elegant Harry Clarke stained glass window and huge altar, it really brings the drama.

Joined on the night by Dublin singer Niamh Bury, fiddle player and broadcaster Doireann Ní Ghlacáin with bouzouki player Libby McCrohan, poet Theo Dorgan, iconic traditional singer Len Graham, writer and actor Eoghan Mac Giolla Bhríde, Drogheda’s own Sunday’s Gate Quartet, composer Micheal Holohan and violinist Cora Venus Lunny – we will gather together to celebrate the true spirit of hospitality for all, and the bonds of friendship and solidarity forged when kindred spirits meet, wherever they come from. Join us and experience what promises to be a truly unforgettable night.
