Dr. Niamh Roche

Niamh Roche is Bat Conservation Ireland’s Senior Projects Manager. She has helped develop the five different annual schemes under Ireland’s National Bat Monitoring Programme and has contributed to numerous publications (e.g. the Atlas of Mammals in Ireland, the European Mammal Atlas, Irish Bats in the 21st Century). Niamh has developed and presented a considerable body of education work including a website teaching children and their educators about bats: learnaboutbats.com
