Muireann Ní Shé

Muireann Ní Shé is an uilleann piper, singer, flute, fiddle and whistle player hailing from Ballinhassig in County Cork. Born into an Irish speaking family, Muireann has been deeply immersed in traditional music all her life, while also having had significant training in classical music through violin, piano and choral music.

Muireann has numerous All-Ireland titles from Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann and is a regular performer and session player in Cork City. She has also performed with many different ensembles in venues such as the National Concert Hall, Cork Opera House as well as having toured extensively in parts of North America and Europe.
