Our foodie pièce de résistance in the form of TOM TUITES’ GOURMET BARBECUE returns for our St Laurence St takeover! 

This exceptional craft family butcher’s has been at the heart of Drogheda’s food community since 1962 and it has been a pleasure to partner with them for a fourth year on the delivery of a selection of simply very good things to eat. Tom will be firing up not one but THREE grills on the day for a selection of artisan burgers, sausages and other delights and there’s a dedicated separate vegan barbecue grill to cater for all our lovely audience.

Menus will be published online on Friday September 4 and Palestine Cola will be on sale at the event.
